Wellness Support Therapy

Psychotherapy is often associated with addressing mental health symptoms and serious issues, but it can also be an invaluable resource for fostering positive, forward-thinking behavior change. If you're interested in enhancing your well-being, I invite you to participate in a focused 4-8 week program aimed at achieving specific goals related to overall wellness. This may encompass areas such as weight management, financial stability, parenting, relationship enhancement, and any other wellness concerns you may wish to explore. This approach emphasizes positive behavior change and actionable steps, blending acceptance with cognitive and behavioral strategies to help you thrive.

During our initial session, I will take the time to get to know you and explore the changes you wish to achieve. Together, we will develop actionable steps tailored to your goals. Our sessions will be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to assess your progress, address any barriers, and navigate any challenges that arise. Additionally, we will provide you with meaningful assignments to work on between sessions, which may include various readings, worksheets, and other resources to support your journey. You can choose to participate in sessions either in person or through telehealth, ensuring flexibility to meet your needs.

Further information. 

Sessions are 40-50 minutes long and are suitable for children age 8 and above, teenagers, and adults. For children and teens, parents may be required to join part of the session to collaborate on goal planning. We accept certain insurance plans, so please contact us with any insurance-related questions.
